What to Expect

We are a San Diego networking group that throws away the traditional networking way to the curbside. We don't want you to just come and hand out your business card and leave.

We want you to go on a few 'Man Dates' and 'Sister Dates' before you even pull out your business or social media card. In fact we require this if you want to be a part of this group.

We also believe in the power of personal development. That is why we offer MENX and FEMX Meetups. These are smaller intimate meetups where you will be pushed to have difficult conversations and grow personally.

Finally, once you have established yourself in the core principles of connection & personal growth within the groups we want to come alongside you and keep you accountable for achieving your financial and business goals!

Frequently Asked Questions

How often and when are your in person meetups?

We host bi-monthly meetups. The first Monday of the month is our Entrepreneur meetup. This is business growth focused and is mixed with FEMX & MENX members. The third Monday of each month we hold our FEMX & MENX meetups at 5:30PM & 7:30PM. These are focused more on personal growth.

What are the 'Man Dates' & 'Sister Dates'?

One of the requirements we have for you to be a part of the Entrepreneur meetup & business growth community is to meet 4 people and get to know them as people not for what they do for work. You are not allowed to ask each other what you do for work, nor talk about your business. These dates are solely for you to get to know one another on a personal level.

Can I help lead/ Are there leadership opportunities?

We would love to get to know you and see what your strengths are. We are a community that believes in collaboration and if you feel like you can help lead or teach us let us know!
