Great experience, beautiful view and big!!! It has lots of space for a good party, we even had a big jumper that fitted perfectly outside!!
We used FEMX for my mother in law’s 70th Birthday Party. It’s a great venue with plenty of space to host a large event. All of our guests really liked it! Thanks to Noe for all the help with booking the venue!
I held a workshop at Femx last night and couldn’t be happier. The space is beautiful, light, airy and open. I wanted a space where I could just show up with some flowers and minimal decor and feel like a vibe. This was it! The venue has 3 spots available and more at the hotel next door.
Communication was great and I received clear instructions and had any questions answered right away. I look forward to hosting more events here.
I had my babyshower here last night and it was amazing! Very spacious venue, instructions were easy to follow, & they offered chairs which was a big plus! Got so many compliments on the venue by our guests. Definitely a chic type of vibe and it was very clean as well. 10/10 would book again.

I held my wedding at FEMX and it was a great success. Noe is responsive and you are provided with manuals that make everything very easy. The space has a nice view and cool lights. Everyone at my wedding loved the venue. Highly recommend!

Just had my traditional Cambodian wedding ceremony here and it was beautiful. Noe was easy to talk to and very accommodating throughout the whole process. The venue itself is gorgeous with huge glass windows! Everyone loved it.
I recently threw my 30th birthday party here and loved it! It's so spacious and beautiful all my guests loved it as well. Noe was super fast with his replies and pleasant. I would definitely reccomend or reserve again myself for another special occasion whether it be big or small this is a great spot.😊
We had a 50th birthday party at FEMX. Great central location, nicely decorated and appointed large space, professional and responsive owners. Kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, elegant bathroom, and included tables and chairs made it even more perfect. Many guests remarked about how beautiful the venue was!
FEMX was the best venue for our wedding. It's a versatile, open, and beautiful space. You can do so much with it. We were able to do a short ceremony and a reception/party complete with dance floor. Huge shout out to Noe and staff for looking after us before and after our event.

Noe was super responsive during the booking process and helping to answer questions and great coordination up to my event, especially with the option to rent tables and chairs from them and providing a list of recommended vendors. " Such a great experience hosting our banquet here! Love the ability to check out the place privately, plus enter it privately on the day of your event! Noe helped us out, and made everything so easy, with lots of communication. I didn’t feel the need to even ask anything the day of our event because pretty much everything I needed to know was provided in whatever I spoke with Noe about and in the manual. Everything went smoothly with no problems, we even rented out the projector & microphones and it was so easy to get connected. This place was so easy and great, and additionally is super nice and bright! Would definitely look to have some other event here, they made it so easy for our first time! "
" We had a graduation party at this venue May 2023. Not only are the facilities top notch, the owners are absolutely wonderful to work with! They respond in a timely professional manner, but they are also personable. They are very accommodating. And the views from the windows are fantastic, especially at night! This is a residential neighborhood, so be sure to ask about the noise ordinance rules. Highly recommend this venue! "

Really awesome space! We were able to have a really fun art show here for one night.
I've also been to two other events here. Pricing was not excessive like other places near by.

We celebrated my son 6th birthday here yesterday and it was amazing. It has a perfect view of San Diego airport and is in the heart of San Diego. Space was clean and beautiful. We was able to have a toddler Bounce house, Photo booth, face painting Artist and Trackless train of San Diego and all our guest fit inside comfortably.
This venue really have everything checked off on my list!
Easy to use thermostat, Beautiful hanging market lights that fits our Christmas theme perfectly, kitchen with full size refrigerator and easy surround speaker
The hourly rate is simple with no hidden fees... which make it worth it...trust me.
Noe is very accommodating and responsive and took care of all our needs.
We will definitely host more in the future!
